February 1, 200719 yr After completing Cabin Fever, you can use the Chartering Ships to get there. That is not true! The Charter ships do NOT go to Moss le 'Harmless (sp). If you take a charter ship to Port Phasmathys, you can take the pirate boat to the islands from that dock. It's a free ride, but you have to have the little book o'piracy with you, which you get from the captain. Other data was removed when acoount got hacked...
