Minotaurs in the Stronghold of Security

arent minotaurs like lvl 27 though, i tried guards kinda hard.....

They are level 12 and 27, but you could stick with cows or go to chickens for a while.

The best way to train i think is to have a fishing lvl of about 20+ to be able to fly fish in barbarian village for trout and salmon. Next go down to the stronghold secruity and fite the minatours. Depending on your lvl you might wanna start off slow with the lvl 12 then work your way up to the lvl 27 minatours as your combat, strength, attck, and/or defense go up.

Up to 30 attack and 30 strength is fast, it'll take no more than one inventory of trout/salmon/lobbsters at the goblin village. Then train on minotaurs.

you could train on cows, bank the hides and make money for prayer and good weapons to train with... but if you got money then =;
