Whenever I try to access certain pages on the rs website (in particular password change and bug report) I get this message:

well Jagex is useless anyway, have you got the right java version? if so, then try downloading firefox or something, that might help

Having up to date java is worthless if you can't load the website to get to the game. He's also already using Firefox if you had bothered to look at the image for more than 2 seconds.

The image looks like some kind of ISP proxy error. It isn't Jagex's 404 page either. :?

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Do you use some kind of dialup or web accelerator?

Try to access the game via miniclip/addictiongames.com if that doesnt work try using a different browser. Also parental controlls might have been set to black this website. Another thing you can check is your firewall. Some firewalls will black the inbound image of a site is told to.
