Guilded altars?

I looked through the construction guide and around the forums but cant really find any information explaining their purpose and such, so if you could please fill me in about guilded altars that would be great.

Well when you light both marble burners (made seperately), any bones used on the altar will give you x350 the amount of experience points you would normally get for burying it.

that explains how they work, but how, where do you get them?

You need to build them yourself.

To make one you need:

 

 

 

Level 69 construction + 2 marble blocks + 2 cloth + 4 gold leaf + 1 Hammer + 1 Crystal saw.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

If you don't have Crystal saw you need a regular Saw and 72 construction.

 

 

 

Each Marble block custs 325k and Gold leaf custs 130k.

If you don't want to get the altar yourself just visit the official runescape forums. At the "events" part of the forums, there are always loads of players offering their house to be used by other players for the gilded altar.

ehm... you don't get 350 times more exp / bone, but 350% more exp (3,5 times more exp per bone)
