Whoever made the IE7 website, is paying for it. Microsoft cannot sue them for taking a web domain name before they did. They just have to pay whoever owns the address to get it. Similarly, Hilary Clinton payed a lot to get the domain http://www.hilaryclinton.com. Some people bought it before and charged her a ton for her to have it.
