Special attack bar now replenishes more slowly?

As with my previous thread, i use excalibur spec to aid me in rcing. The special got me up to 85/77 def and the special attack would almost be full again at 80/77 def. However, now at 80/77 def, the special attack bar has only reached slightly more than half!? So is it me or the special attack bar is now slower in replenishment?

That would stink, excalibur is pretty useful for abbysal rcing.

hmm i dont notice any diffence when i PC

the origional speed was 30 seconds per slight refill, i just did a spec and counted it, it was still 30 seconds, question answered

Also if you do the special right before the normal 1 minute interval right where stats decline some if your potted that would also make your stats return to normal faster therefore making the special seem like its taking longer to recharge :wink:

if any change i would think a slight faster charge using whip special
