Equip the dramen staff, head to any fairy ring and use it. You are now at the Zanaris fairy ring. Use the Zanaris fairy ring and put in "BEE-JAY-ARE". Now you're in the Fisher King realm. Head for the castle. There will be a magic whistle on a table in the very first room you enter.
