February 10, 200719 yr well, i seemed to have been hacked a day or two ago on runescape and i anti virused several times and nothing came up, my dad suggested i stopped using fire fox since it he thought it was happening on fire fox, and now im not sure whether to go back to FF or stay with IE and iv stopped being hacked now click my sig for my blog!!!Thanks everyone for the sigs they pwn!No. Why should i give presents for someone in rs?Most selfish thing I've ever heard
February 10, 200719 yr Firefox is definitely not the problem. It may have been as simple as you using an easily guessed password (something in the dictionary, a name, ect.) if virus and spyware scans didn't turn up anything. Using a mix of letters and numbers is the hardest to crack and will help keep your account secure.

Its certainly not because of Firefox though that's for sure. Please follow the instructions on getting help from the stickies on this forum, in particular the Hijackthis log.
