Is there a way so that when i scroll the part labeled '1.' stays at the top while the part labelled '2.' moves up/down with my scroll?

just to ake it clearer. i wish part '1.' to stay fixed on my screen while part '2.'' is free to be scrolled

window > freeze panes once you select something?

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

you should be able to figure it out from that, sorry i couldn't give a good explanation since i don't have Microsoft excel installed.

Select 'Split' in Window to first adjust the frozen area, then freezing will achieve what you wanted to do.
