February 12, 200719 yr Well, seeing as each hit is random, there is always a possibility that you won't hit your max hit. Just keep hitting things with more than 19 HP :)
February 12, 200719 yr I hit 18s with a scimmy and I am only 70 str.... With the specs that he defined? Rune Scimitar Strength Amulet No Potions No Prayers. I can only hit 19/20s with my D Scim natural at 72 Str, so I don't think you could hit 18s natural with rune. Of course I may be absolutely incorrect :P

February 12, 200719 yr Yea the calculator is always off by 1 for me. Im 75 str same specs except pwoer ammy and i can hot 15. Calcualator says 16 so I always just minus 1 and its correct.

February 12, 200719 yr Using Str. Pot and Ultimate strength I've hit 19's. And Im lvl 70. Using JUST a potion, so my str is 80, I've still hit 18's. Consistantly I might add.
