When i noticed that my mini map was still blanked out...i figured it would only stay that way for a little bit longer..but after talking to a few people that had done it i realised it wasnt going away anytime soon. If you go back through the crack now there is a ghostly bloke in there saying he is protecting the area from any further disturbances lol.
