Are you making the tea from all your own supplies and you own a butler and have him in your house? If your answer is yes i can fix your problem, if not then it must have been an update a while back... Have your butler serve you tea...its one of the options that he can do...he gives you the fancy goldish cup filled with tea...thats the plus 3 boost that your looking for Anyways I think it doesnt matter who made the tea but what cup you drink the tea from... February 15, 200719 yr they recentley updated it so that you must have the +3 cups for your butler to make the +3 tea. apparently geting the bonus lev was a mistake jagex finally got around to making. Americans love to fight. All real Americans love the sting of battle. George S. Patton
