1) Desert Treasure, Lunar Diplomacy, Plague City (Ardougne), Troll Stronghold (Edgar's Ruse), Recipe For Disaster (Monkey King's sub-quest completed for Ape Atoll teleport).

3) All. Most existing quests belong to a chain of proceeding quests (Plague City ------> Mournings End Pt 2).

Desert Treasure for all ancient spells.

 

 

 

Same with Lunar.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

2) Erm, Lost city - dds, d long, Regicide - hally, Heroes- mace and db axe, monkey madness - d scimi... (Maybe one more?)

 

 

 

Spear, 2h, Hatchet dont require quests.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

3) I'd do Fremmy trials for the helms and amour.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

No quests are needed to play Runescape.

You also need Plague City for Ardounge Teleport and another quest which I can't remember the name of for ape atoll teleport and also you need to complete watchtower for watchtower teleport :D

Save King Awowogei in Recipe for Disaster quest to get Ape Attol teleport. :D
