i personally cant't wear a quest cape and im wondering when you have one and then a new quest comes out.will it be taken away or you cant wear it until your done all the quests you arnt done.

if you have a quest cape and a new quest comes out, you need to do that quest to wear the cape, a quest cape shows you've done all the quests, if theres a quest you havent done, would it make sense that you could still wear it?

No, it dissapears. But you can get it back free (If you already had one) from the guy that you got it from the first time. I have no clue who it is I think its the wise old man though.
