I believe you can buy one at the entrance to the Dwarven Mines, north of Falador, for a few gp. Dexek Posted February 21, 2007 Share Posted February 21, 2007 Well, first off, have you done the "Dwarf Cannon" quest? If you have I know of no reason that the dorr would be locked. If not, then that is the reason.
