February 21, 200719 yr ive just done the freminik trials quest and started the freminik isles quest.ive got to the point where it starts demanding the required skills but i dont want to level up crafting and construction :wall: if i cant destroy the ice troll king. my stats: attack-61 strength-60 defense-52 ranged-25 magic-23 prayer-38 hits-58 combat:71 so do you think i could do it?how should i tackle it? also,could i wear a ring of life to teleport away if the fight gets a little too close?
February 21, 200719 yr not with your pray, you'll definatly want to get it to at least 40 or else you will die very fast (a lot of ice trolls throw rocks at you), even at my lvls (str is 59 which isn't posted on highscores) i had to tele out of there because i didn't know what i was doin and was dying pretty fast (i had protect from range on, and was gettin melee'd, its a mutlicombat area) ~ Proud Father ~ Proud (Currently Deployed) Army National Guardsmen ~ Proud Lakota ~ Retired Tip.It Crew ~
February 21, 200719 yr The actual Ice Troll King, I found was pretty easy. But getting to him was hard. You will find killing 10 ice trolls much more difficult. For the killing 10 ice trolls, I suggest 3 prayer potions and a lot of sharks. That way you can use protection from range to ignore female trolls, and just bash male trolls. There is one male troll farther away from the others that you can attack without becoming "teamed". Return to the bank for supplies before you tackle the king. For the Ice troll king, I suggest taking your best armor for range and melee defence, and bring 2 prayer potions to use protection from magic. Also take a super set, or super defense and combat potion to speed up the fight. Then fill your inventory with sharks, even though you probably won't use too many. (I used 1 shark for the boss battle) Also notice that the ice troll king has a dragon platebody! "We will certainly not be gaining money or members with this update. Ive got a better idea (did that) for the 10 trolls, use protect from range and kill the females while staying away from meleers, that way you take 0 damage killing the 10 and keep your food for the king 3 ppot is safer at ur levels, and dont forget the supplies the guy can give you. For the troll king pot up everything you can before the fight and keep protect from range on (he doesnt mage often but can easilly hit 15 whith it) 43 pray with a 1 p pot 4 and you'd be set. ~Joe.
