well the red text totally takes away any and all effect the scenery would have had otherwise. it looks in now way realistic as there are just random splotches on this hill. its far off and distant and doesnt encompass the viewer in the piece, and the text covers up half the image anyways. just my thoughts tho.....eric

The color and the font choice on your name don't fit the theme of the terregen render...

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The font says "eeeevil", and the render gives forth an aura of peace and ect..

6/10, try lowering the wave height/size and editing the color of the sun. Looks like it's getting fairly close to sunset, a mild red/orange color could do wonders. Also, try a surface map that consists of more than one color :P.. or one that isn't just a colored, one layered, surface map. To add to my idiocy, you may have to disreguard my last statement if the only reason the surface map looks.. well.. defaulty plain.. because of the shadows. Otherwise, I think a 1 pixel border is sufficient, and people above me have already stated the proplems with the text.
