Level 35 flesh crawlers in the Stronghold of Security. There are lots of them, and it's never crowded.

Rock crabs are good, mosseys, hill gaints, green dragons are another good one. Theres lots to train on, you just need to go and do it.

I agree, Flesh Crawlers are great and they drop lots of herbs and runes. The herbs drop under the runes quite often, so be sure to check.

Also Ghouls are good - west of Canifis. They, however, only drop bones but are fairly close to the bank if you eventually need a bit of food.

ur could do experiments, or monsers from soul's bane dungeon. or rock crabs of course
