Is expensive range gear worth the price?

Is the +6 a range set has over my sara coif and snakeskin boots really going to matter?

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I was mainly thinking about getting the boots, since Ive been low on gp since i got members.

+12 range, not really.

5 for the boots and 1 for the hat

It's defintely NOT worth it for the stats, but then again, that's not why people buy items like that... they just wanna look good.

No , the main difference is time.

 

 

 

Since most people range from safespots the better range gear speeds up kills. With bigger creatures this time adds up cause you'd hit lower than with better range gear.

use the tip.it calc to see if you get a rise in what your max range hit is. if not dont buy if so its worth it over long run

If you range long, then using it all the time makes the difference.

 

 

 

If you range only for a short while, then using them won't be much help.
