Fire Cape with 1 defense - monk bottom or black chaps?

Featured Replies

Trying to decide which to wear with karils xbow for fire cape run. I'll definitely wear monks top, but I'm not sure which bottom. I'm 70 range and I WILL NOT be using a fury. Is prayer bonus better than range bonus?

Any advice?

Range bonus > Prayer bonus.

It's actually up to you to decide if you plan on ranging in the caves. If you do not, then use a Dragon hally.

High range bonus is good against 360's so your won't have to waste prayer against them.

You need a min of 85 range to do fight caves using muggle's pure guide I though :-w

I'd say its only a few extra prayer bonus, when the chaps are a huge range bonus, you will hit more killing faster, not needed to use as much prayer.

Muggie isn't god, though. I could make a guide and say you need 99 prayer to do the cook's assistant quest, but would that be right? I've seen a video of it being completed with under 60 range. I know what I'm talking about ^_^

I forget where I saw that vid, but I know of one where he's 60 or so range and 47 combat. Look up U A E X Bser on youtube if you get a chance.
