February 25, 200719 yr It was 28 before the new prayers came out, so I don't know what it is now :P I hit 23 @ 90 range without prayer.
February 26, 200719 yr I hit 16 or 17 naturally at 70 ranged, with black d'hide and an archer helm, no other range boosting gear. I really wouldn't call it an era. It was more of a definitive time period during which dinstinctive characteristics were expressed in similar ways.
