I am having the same problem at this very moment, he keeps saying I am not evil enough, I have the black desert robe top and bottoms and the dyed silver light sword, and he wont let me in.

I got both 99 Woodcutting and Fletching because they are my favorite skills...but if skill capes weren't around I might have only worried about getting 99 WC because it helps getting it up, but there really isn't a need to get 99 Fletching, Fletching is mainly a money making skill, thats the main reason mine is high, for the money.

I use the Gnome Grand Tree Spot, it has 3 Yew Trees and a bank literally right next to them, if you don't know where its at, I can meet in-game and show you.

I think it does because Dragon Bracelet gives..7 to all Atk and 5 to all Def, 3 to Magic atk/Def and 7 str

I suggest cutting Maples and making Maple longs until 70 fletching, it will take some time, but you should get some good WC lvl's which will help once you start cutting yews. EDIT: Don't string the Maple longs, also, I always fletch after cutting them, it actually saves a lot of time.

Use on the skill you are currently leveling.

Until the new Jewelry update, Only Sapphire (Games Necklace) and Emerald (Necklace of Binding) necklaces can be enchanted.
