Wachtwoord
There is no perfect lay out, it all depends on what you want to do with you're poh. If it's just for having fun with youre friends you just build a huge dungeon, if you want to use it for prayer build you have to biuld youre chapel near youre entrance, etc. When everything's been said and done, more has been said than done. All skills 80+

eleven2099
I have designed a multi-functional house myself. And I would like to see other ppl's design, too! :P It contain all 19 types of rooms. You can switch the skill hall and quest hall if you like. You can also add addtional bedroom, dungeon or portal. Just for ur refrence, Have fun!
gspbeetle
nice design, but i sould say switch quest hall with study, as quest hall provide the glory to tele and also can build a ladder kitchen, portal and chapel should be build upstairs / next to quest hall, as that would be need to access quickly for barrows trip workshop/study/costume room should not be afar from the portal for easy access, as you might want to train construction/make tele tablets/access amour quickly Examine ChenGMT (level: 138)
