ive looked all over the atlas and cant find the piscatoris fishing coloney.whereabouts is it in relation to other major towns and cities in t5he game.please help

NW of gnome stronghold i think?

Look on the map again. Go to the Tree Gnome Stronghold, and go north and west..its there.

at the far north east of the runescape map

 

 

 

you can go there by completing swan song quest

 

 

 

and the only place to fish monkfish which heal 18 and sold for a good price

Probably the quickest way to get there is to use the Fairy rings (you have to have started Fairy Tale Part II)
