When i'm playing, i can hear all of the sound effects like my pickaxe hitting the rocks, but i cant hear any of the actual area music. Any suggestions?

is the music turned off?

Goto the wrench symbol on in your menu and make sure all the sliders are turned on.

And be sure High detail is on :lol

yes im on high detail, all the sliders are at maximum.

try putting them in the middle, mine dont work on high for some reason.

Also, you might want to check your volume/sound settings on your computer and also your speakers if they're plugged in or not...like i found out the other day that my speakers were actually unplugged :wall: ...also, try loading it up on another internet brower, for example on my laptop, strangely the music doesn't work with ie, but does with FireFox.

I'm pretty sure all music, sound effects and area sounds work on low detail.

Well whatever jagex did with the music update, my music now works. thanks for your ideas anyway

You may be using FireFox, it let you hear all sound less the real music

is the "loop-button" pressed?
