I assume that you want to do Failed Cursing.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

In that case, a magic atack stat of -68 is more than enough to always fail.

 

 

 

You can get that by wearing full helm, chest plate, legs, SoS boots,

 

 

 

kite shield, dragonhide vambraces, and a water or earth staff.

 

 

 

Any metal will do. Bronze works as well as Rune.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Good places to cast include multicombat zones like the Varrock sewers or White knight castle.

zammy mage in varrock castle behind the stairs is a good spot because he can't attack you, and if it does succeed within 3 secs it will be gone

-65 is all you need to always fail, when i did it i wore full rune, iron kite, blue vambs, dueling ring, and mystic lava staff and still have -68
