May 4, 201313 yr Pernix is best, though only marginally better than Armadyl (this is the assumption of you are slaying) Void is still useful afaik for non-task related killings. May 4, 201313 yr Woah.. If you can't afford Pernix then your next best option is Armadyl then Karil's. Armadyl and Karil's have the same defensive stats but Armadyl also has offensive stats. May 4, 201313 yr Well it's very simple: there is no other ranged equipment in the whole 70-99 range. You either use Karils, Armadyl, or Pernix, or Death Lotus. And offence >> defence, no doubt about it, at any ranged level. If defence is a problem to the point where you need food, you should go safespot something with low defence. Note that you can still use helmets/boots/gloves to increase your defence to certain styles. May 4, 201313 yr There isn't anywhere that the defense is going to be better than the offense of armadyl. You can't use pernix until 80 so either get karils if you want to kill things more slowly, get armadyl if you want to kill things more quickly. It's that simple. And bumping your posts less than a minute after your last bump is likely to get people irritated with you.
