I've had my low-end desktop-replacement laptop for three years now and I can still run programs on the internet just as well as I could back then. Everything except for some old games that have been updated... (like half-life 2 being updated the episode 2 engine, lags me out to death). If you're just gonna run simple things on that computer like facebook, I highly doubt you need all that other stuff. Btw I'd probably go for another power supply besides the Rosewill. I've heard some bad things about em, especially since they're so cheap.
