Here are options to think about: 1. Maybe the internet is completley down? 2. They blocked it. 3. Your computer is tweaking out. If you are exploring option two and you cant get to other sites, try using proxy servers. They're not the best thing because under a proxy server, you CANNOT use Java based applications (i.e RuneScape). My school blocked a great deal of websites like MySpace, RuneScape, non-educated sites like that. Proxy Servers worked great for myspace (although it slowed it down a little), but the most you can do with RuneScape under a proxy server is look at highscores. Hope I helped.

Both are worthless. I use an accuracy amulet only if Im training range. Just the name explains it. When it comes to the infamous defense amulet, It's not even worth wearing. It gives a small defense bonus and you could be hitting higher with a strength amulet (if you need one, Ill give you one. I have way too many) Hope I helped!

He's f2p : If you're talking about strictly looks while training, save up for god armor. Its the same as rune and it looks more expensive and stylish. For a wep, go with a rune scimmy, or if you want to go a bit slower but hit a tad harder, go with a battleaxe. If you're looking for just training, stick with full rune, kite and a scimitar. Its the best for the money and it keeps you alive. If you want looks, I cant help you there because I havent owned anything higher than steel for the past year. My pure only has 1 def lol. Well since you're 107 combat, one point is over 1k xp for your stats. If you want to get simply your combat level up, train on one style method and give the points to another style. If you just want one specific stat up, train on that style and give all the points to that. If you can find a good world, it helps a ton too, but Im guessing you already knew that. Other training methods at your level would be (I dont know how some of these actually turn out, but I've seen them done) 1. Full Dharoks. Get low health and train on gorillas at the Ape Atoll. Keep protect from melee on and train away. An altar is a camera turn and a click away from the gorillas. 2. Full Guthans. Monkey Guards, Magic Axes (you'd be suprised) 3. Full rune would work. Experiments. Its a bit slower, but a great deal of XP if you keep at it. (Use Reverse Psych! Pures want nobody to be there, so they go to crowded worlds. Instead, go to the most crowded world if it means keep refhreshing the page to get into world 6.) Thats all I can think of. Hope I helped.

I have a pure right now and I dont do a whole lot of PKing anymore. He has 62 attack, 78 strength, 70 range, and <50 magic (not sure lol). His defense has stayed at 1 and since I dont do the amount of PKing the averge "pure" does, I was wondering if I should just get 45 def for full rune, full black d hide and a frems helm and rune gloves. Persuade me to either stay 1 or get 45 defense.

Does it have anything to do with runescape?

The worst armor is the best metal armor you can wear. If you are 1 defense, wear iron Legs, PLATE, Full Helmet, and an Iron Kite.

I have a quick question about getting from 1 to 40 defense. I have done Monkey Madness and if I do get 40 defense, Im going to do dragon slayer (duh). Dragon slayer gives you 18,650 defense experience upon completion. If I go to Dareo for the free xp for completing Monkey Madness, how much XP would I recieve in defense for that. It allows me to choose Attack + Defense, or Strength + Hits, but it says it gives 20,000 extra xp to all 4 stats. But doesnt it give it twice? If it only gives it once, both defense XP from Dragon Slayer and MM would add up to 38650, which is exactly 40 defense, but I was wondering if the free XP from MM gives it twice. NDP

First off get a beserker helmet and a strength ammy. That will help you hit better. Then go to Brimhaven and hit up the fire giants. They give insane xp.. Then when you get within about 50k to your defense level do a little bit of PC. NDP

As some of you might know, while your character is set to walk, if you hold down the control key and click somewhere, you run to that spot. Some say thats bug abuse, some say its a "hot key" for running... Which is it? NDP
