At level 113, I must say I'm not horribly surprised you can't kill an extremely tough level 126 monster meant to be as strong as a lvl 126 player. Smite is the level 52 prayer that drains the opponent's prayer for a quarter of what you hit. It's important for revenant hunting because they use protect item (Revs have been observed using prayer altars). Wow.... Thats actually some very intriguing (sp?) info.... Thanks, I'll try hunting some rev orks later.

I'm interested in killing some revs... But I have a few questions about it. First of all, what is smite? Everyone keeps talking about it, but I don't know what it is, although it sounds familiar to me. Also, what is an effective way to kill revs? At lvl 113 I use like a whole pack of food to kill 1 knight.... There must be something I'm doing horribly wrong... right?

You summon up the familiar that is specified on the disc, right next to the disc, and then walk onto the disc. When the lvl 717 walks up near it (within a few steps away) dismiss your familiar before he gets a chance to eat it. This should cause him to get shocked, and another disc will appear. The order is Spirit Wolf, then Desert Wyrm, and Spirit Scorpion last. I suggest bringing 4 or more of each pouch incase you mess up a few times.

Required Items: Hammer, 4 steel nails, 2 planks, limpwurt seeds(1-3?), rake, seed dibber, bucket, 5 bones (spawn around the area you need them in), a skull (same as bones), Spirit Wolf Pouches (probably will use more than 1), Desert Wyrm Pouches (same as wolf), Spirit Scorpion Pouches (same as wolf and wyrm) Suggested Items: Games Necklace for Bounty Hunter Teleport ^^Just to help out anyone who hasn't started the quest and doesn't feel like running to the bank every 5 minutes.... Let me know if I missed any items....

Honestly, I'd classify this quest as easy... I'm not really sure why so many people are having troubles with it... Just browsing through this thread only, I was able to figure out the quest with the info given from the thread, and a little commen sense. When a guide comes out on it, it will probably be classified as medium though since it is in the wild with revs and what not.

Just a quick note: With 39 farming, it won't let me get the 10k farming exp from going through the portal, anyone who has 40 want to test it and see if it is a 40+ thing?

Just tested it, and it turns bones into ashes... I'm pretty sure its because you have to be in the spirit realm to place the bones into the altar...?

When the girl says shes hungry, what food are you supposed to bring her?

Oh, my problem also might be that I only have 60 prayer and can't use Piety, I also havn't done the quest, so I can't use Chivalry either... :wall:

I don't really hunt for them... But while I train slayer, if I get one, I'll do it when I finish up that task or when I go to the bank for more food, who knows, it could turn out to be something great, and even if it isn't, you probably are still making a profit from it if its a lvl 3 clue. I've been on a dry streak for clue rewards lately, so something good is bound to pop up soon enough.

well if that was so, then he could see the hacker's info. I think that he might be trying to get your account again, you can use past credit card numbers that have been used to pay for members to get past recovery questions sometimes. Why hack an account to make it easy to hack? Maybe he didn't have much on the account, so the hacker decided that with not being able to drop trade, he would let him play on members for a month, and possibly get something good, and worthwile of keeping. So he just waits for the month to run out, and takes the account back to see what all was accumulated on the account over the month, to see if it is worth keeping now, or maybe I just think into things to much. ;)

Nice guide, but wiht 85 atk, 89 str, and 82 def, I can't get any kills solo.... I always end up having to tele before killing Graar... Is it because I only have 82 def?

Under the Selecting your armor section, you have torags hammers equipped.... Are Torags Hammers effective down there?

Oh, btw guys, the full veracs method at barrows is total win.... I can get 3 chests in per trip with it compared to my usual 1 chest per trip with slayer dart. :thumbsup:

Well the other day I decided I felt like doing some barrows... I hadn't done it in a while, but hey, it sounded fun. All went well, no close calls or anything. :thumbsup: First Trip: Guthans Helm Was pretty excited about the free 1.6m Seventh Trip: Guthans Spear Was very excited for that drop, first ever spear from barrows for me Eighth Trip: Guthans Spear! Was very very happy about this. Back to back spears is just ftw, kai? Not sure which trip: Torags Hammers Easy 100k is nothing to complain about right? Then a few trips later: Ahrims Top Another few trips later: Ahrims Bottom Roughly a 13m profit from not much work. \ Currently heading back down to do some more barrows!! Wish me luck, oh and rate my drops or whatever you want to do.

Good luck on 85 range. Its not as tough to get as it seems... Especially not with chinchompas and cannons now... I got up to 83 before they came out with chinchompas... And I still don't use them. \ Good ol' bow and arrows for me thank you very much lol. Whats your strategy on getting 85 range anyways?
