Totally a good idea, some details would have to be tweaked by jagex, but i like it. This would also make it worth while to make non-gem gold items. :) WOOT!

Man, you are totally on to something here... The problem is obviously that jagex almost never listens... The solution: lets all spam jagex in their official forums!!!! lol seriously :)

i get it and i agree somewhat but u understand that jagex will NEVER make this happen...
