Calgary had a nice season last year, 98 points. But their playoffs ended early against Chicago. As long as Kiprusoff is on his game, they can do anything. But....as seen in the Western Conference quarter-finals, Kipper was NOT on his game, giving up 19 goals, in just 6 games, with a save percentage of .884. That goes to show you, goal-tending really really matters. (look at the Sabres in the 90's, they were amazing, but without Hasek, they were only a semi-decent team)
