Exactly WHICH clue are you talking about? Is it this one? If it is, please look in the Treasure Trails Guide, in the Riddles section. The answer is there. Dunstan's house is to the Northeast of the pub, on the East side of the castle. It's the house with the anvil.

Yes you do. Well, at least START Legends anyway. As you can see on the pic above, those coordinates lead to the Kharazi Jungle, which you first enter as part of Legends. You don't have to do the entire quest, you only have to go as far as the part where you enter the jungle. To be allowed to even start Legends, though, you need at least 107 quest points, and you need to have completed the following quests: Hero's Quest, Family Crest Quest, Underground Pass Quest, Waterfall Quest and Shilo Village Quest. So if have enough quest points and you've done these quests, go ahead and start Legends so that you can enter the jungle to dig for your clue. Follow these steps: First, Talk to Erkle in the Legends Guild. Erkle will give you three tasks to complete. These are: complete a Map of the Jungle, make friends with the Natives, and bring a symbol from the Natives back to the Guild. After you finish speaking with Erkle, search the cupboard and take the machete. Then it's time to head to the Kharazi Jungle entrance. Once you're there, go to the jungle wall and cut your way in by using your machete and a hatchet. If you forget to take the machete from the cupboard at the beginning, or forget to bring it with you, you can always buy one at the Shilo Village store, or at the general store in the Northern part of the jungle, just South of Brimhaven.

1. Are you sure it says drawers and not crate? 2. Are you in the right shop? It's the clothes shop (across the street from the General Store) in Varrock that you need to be in. 3. Are you sure you're searching the right drawers? You need to search the drawers upstairs. 4. Do you have the clue with you? Your post mentions the sextant, watch and chart, but not the clue.

Have you tried talking to him about navigation again? When you got the chart from him the first time, you had to listen to a speech on navigation FIRST. Only when he was finished yapping about how to navigate did he give you the chart. Try that. He'll probably give it yo you when he's finished the lesson.
