  1. Are you sure you're in the right place? Take a look at our Treasure Trails Guide to make sure. This clue IS listed in the guide. You should be in the house North of the Magic Guild in Yanille. There's only one house there, and there's no old man in it that I know of. And you should be searching the chest upstairs.
  2. Please read this post: http://forum.tip.it/viewtopic.php?t=43375
  3. Post any corrections and additions for the Firemaking skill guide here. Don't forget to include the subheading the correction is under/where the addition would go. Guide last updated 22-Mar-2007
  4. Corrections & additions to this guide to be posted here please.
  5. No, it's not an error. You have to use the rope to swing across to the island. You need level 10 agility to use the rope.
  6. You might want to try looking in the Treasure Trails Guide before posting next time. The answer to this clue IS in the guide.
  7. Where is what? The cave? The rock? The Gnome Stronghold? Look here: If you need to know where the Gnome Stronghold, please use the World Map.

Sorry, "world switching" is not allowed in Runescape.
  9. Does the clue say: "Search the drawers in Burthorpe" OR "In a village being attacked by trolls, search the drawers in one of the houses." If the clue comes right out and says Burthorpe, then you need to go to the house just to the Southeast of blacksmith's house, NOT the blacksmith's house. The drawers in the blacksmith's house are for the clue that says "village being attacked by trolls", not the actual name "Burthorpe".
  10. First, werewolves don't drop clues. Only the human version does, and that's what you have. Second, they drop level 1 clues, NOT level 2 or 3. Third, you only get a Saradomin Wizard (level 108) when you dig on a level 3 clue outside the wilderness. If you dig on a level 3 clue inside the wilderness, you get a level 65 or 74 Zamorak Wizard. You don't get Saradomin or Zamorak Wizards when you dig on level 1 or level 2 clues, whether they are inside the wilderness or not.

No. You can fight whatever level monster you want. You'll get the level of clue that monster drops. It doesn't matter that you dropped your level 3 clue.
  12. No, our Treasure Trails Guide says "West Ardougne, Northwest corner". Look on the World Map, look at the Northwest corner of West Ardougne, and find the house with the X. Then go there.
  13. OK, no problem. You didn't say in your first post that it was a coordinates clue. Next time, you might want to try using the Treasure Trails Guide here on Tip.it for your treasure hunting needs. It contains, among other things, a very handy Treasure Locator tool. All you do in enter your coordinates, and the location is displayed for you on a map. Much better than a vague reference to "Mad Eadgar's house"...
  14. Sorry, I figured you were talking about the Treasure Trails Guide, considering you posted in the Clues Forum and that the "monster info" for the Burthorpe Citizens in our Bestiary already says that they drop level 1 clues, gold coins and herbs. Here's a sample description: http://www.tip.it/runescape/index.php?rs2monster_id=259 The drops for the others are all the same.
  15. Yes, we know about the farmers, and they have already been added to the next release of the Treasure Trails Guide. Thanks anyway.
  16. These would fall under the category man/woman, which is already included in the Treasure Trails Guide as dropping level 1 clues. If you have any more additions/corrections for our guides, please either use the Contact Us button, or post them in the applicable thread on the Site Corrections and Additions board. That way, you're sure that someone in the Crew will see it. Thanks, Kiara
  17. Well first off, I don't know of any "house" that belong to Mad Eadgar. He lives in a cave in the mountain in the Troll Stronghold. And I don't know of any clue that leads to his cave. What does the clue say, exactly?
  18. Kiara_Kat replied to matt20071's topic in Help and Advice
Read FAQ #10 in our Treasure Trails Guide. It addresses this situation.
  19. Please look in our Treasure Trails Guide for help on your clue. The answer IS in the guide. For Shade locations, you can look up information on the various shades in our Bestiary.
