  1. Post any feedback or corrections you have about this Mini Games guide here please. http://www.tip.it/runescape/?page=taibw ... leanup.htm Last updated 28-Aug-2006
  2. Post any feedback or corrections for this Mini games guide here please. http://www.tip.it/runescape/?page=rogue_trader.htm
  3. Have you tried looking in our Treasure Trails Guide? The answer to this clue IS in the guide. Try looking in the Search section for "Boxes, Taverly".
  4. I know you suggest near the end that the new member "look through Tip.It's Other Guides...", but I really think you should mention Treasure Trails before that. That could lead into a brief (very brief) description of some of the rewards (God and trimmed armours come to mind). And a link to the Treasure Trails Guide, of course....
  5. HAM = Humans Against Monsters. Look at the update here: http://forum.tip.it/viewtopic.php?t=194986 Here is their hideout: To get in, just right-click the trapdoor to picklock it. You don't need a picklock tool.
  6. The ring of wealth does NOTHING to increase clue scroll drop frequency.
  7. You need to start the Watchtower Quest to access this area.
  8. Can you please be more specific? When you say "most" beers, do you mean ALL beer and ales? If not, you'll have to provide a list. Refer to this sticky for guidelines on providing information. Also, when you say that Askeladden the fremmenick boy will buy kegs 700 gp each, what exactly do you mean? First, you're sure you mean "buy" and not "sell"? And kegs of what? Which ales/beers? Thanks
  9. I'm still gathering info on mature cider and ales, but this will help. Stay tuned for a revised guide, coming soon. Thanks, ~Kiara
  10. Ask a friend to duel you, with obstacles on. Either that, or find someone that's lower or equal combat lvl to you, and ask them to help you. Explain what it's for and offer to pay them. Just dig up your casket before you get killed, then run. And yes, if you've got a level 3 coordinates clue, you can expect a level 108 saradomin wizard to appear and attack you when you start to dig. Refer to our Treasure Trails Guide for more infomation.
  11. Have you looked in our Treasure Trails Guide? It contains all the information you need.
  12. Our Random Events Guide has been updated with the new events. Information about member/non-member random events was added at the same time. We are now in the process of adding the second wave of rendom events Jagex recently released.
  13. No, you don't -- not for the kind of clue he has. You only need the sextant, watch and chart for a COORDINATES clue. Based on the information in his post, the clue he has is this one: 46 is it's number My body is burnt orange colour and crawls with those with eight 3 mouths I have yet I can not eat. My blinking blue eye hides my grave. That's not a coordinates clue. He only needs his clue and a spade to dig with.
  14. You've posted this to the wrong board. Try one of the Marketplace boards instead.
  15. Did you have your clue with you? You need to have your clue in your inventory, or you won't find anything. Also, in your post, you don't say that you actually dug anywhere. All you say is that you "brought the cut sapphire back with me". You're supposed to pick up the sapphire and dig where it was....
  16. PLEASE don't post your question more than once. This has already been answered: http://forum.tip.it/viewtopic.php?t=310784
  17. It's not a clock, it's a watch. Please follow the instructions in our . Make sure you: 1. Have a coordinates clue with you, and that you have examined the clue (right-click on it). 2. Speak to the Professor in the house North of the Observatory BEFORE you speak to Brother Kojo at the Clocktower. You have to be sent to Kojo by the Professor. 3. Have completed the Clocktower Quest, IF you've already started it and never finished it. You do NOT, however, have to do the quest if you haven't started it.
  18. Quality? I dont see that, you just copy-pasted it from runescape website (the new events) the old event guides are really cool, but the new ones not really :/ Excuse me???? Well now I'm offended AND insulted. Did you even READ the guide? Some of the basic information about the new events, yes, was taken from the RS site, but the pics are our own, as are all the details. Is there any information about Bob the Cat on the RS site? No. What does the RS site say about the evil chicken's combat level or his type of attack? Nothing. Does the RS site say WHAT KIND of clothes the Freaky Forester gives you, or what happens if you ignore him? No. And the RS site does not give any information about what happens when you ignore the frogs, either. We've also included information about the rewards you get from the frog event as well as the others. There isn't one word in the RS Manual about what the rewards consist of. So before you go and say that all we did was "cut and paste" from the RS Site, check your facts. And if our guides aren't useful to you, or if you feel that they're just not "quality" enough for you, then why don't you submit some information for them instead of complaining? And BTW, take a moment to visit the other fansites before you slam our Random Events Guide update. How many of them have up-to-date information on the new random events? None. And that's not counting the sites that don't even have a random events guide. I'm sorry for blasting, but it really irritates me when people say our guides are not "quality" when it's obvious they don't even take the time to read the guide carefully. It's a slap in the face and is pure ignorance.
  19. Yes. Here's the link to the Dragonslayer Quest Guide: http://tip.it/runescape/index.php?rs2quest_id=21
  20. I think the only thing Ghost-Knigth didn't mention is that after you do all these things, you need to start Regicide.
  21. From the Treasure Trails Guide here at TIP.it, the cart is: Look here:
  22. No. Each monsters in a specific clue level category has as much chance of dropping a clue scroll as another monster in the same category.
  23. Ever think of looking on the World Map? Necromancer is South of East Ardougne.
  24. and The information on the new events has been updated to the guide, and the revised version will be available for viewing shortly. As far the time it takes to update a guide, here at TIP.it, we believe in updating QUALITY information to a guide, and making available on the site only once we're sure the new information it contains is accurate, and as complete as possible. Would you rather wait a couple of days, or would you prefer using a guide that's full of incorrect and bad information? Bad advice can get you killed, mate. When Jagex releases a new update, they do NOT provide details of how the new things works. They only give out the sketchiest and barest of information, so as not to spoil the surprise for players. To update a guide, you need to find out all the details, get pictures, write the update, and code the guide. If we had magic wands, we would be able to provide updates as soon as an update was released by Jagex. But, we DON'T have magic wands, and we have to do things the hard way. Also, you need to remember that this site is run by volunteers, and we have other commitments we need to live up to (like life???) -- most of us are college/university students or people working full time, and we work on this site on a part-time basis when time allows. By the way, the revised Random Events guide has been ready for some time now. It's just a question of synching the files and updating the revised version to the site -- which one of the admins must do. And with the recent move to new server and summer holidays in full force, there is a shortage of admins that can do the file transfer. So please be patient, we're doing our best. In the interim, there is no shortage of posts on the "new" random events, especially in the General P2P forum. Use the "Search" button. That's what it's for. And BTW, if you can find detailed information on the new random events in guide format (not in their forums!) at any other fansite, I'd be VERY surpised indeed. Kiara_Kat TIP.it Crew
