  1. McGuff1 and vincuka are correct, you need the sextant, watch, chart AND clue with you when you dig on a coordinates clue. Refer to the Treasure Trails Guide for more information. I think you'll find FAQ #1 especially relevant.
  2. From the Random Events Guide here on TIP.it:
  3. Maybe it's because the information you're looking for is in our Treasure Trails Guide? Check FAQ #10.
  4. http://tip.it/runescape/?page=random_events.htm
  5. You probably need to start the Watchtower Quest. Since you don't mention what your coordinates are, I can't confirm that, but as McGuff1 has mentioned, our Treasure Trails Guide has the information you need. You might want to click on the "Full List of Coordinates" link in the upper right hand corner to confirm. Find your coordinates in the list, and it will tell you whether or not you need to start/do the quest. P.S. Thanks for the compliment, McGuff1! It's always nice to get a pat on the back.
  6. There's a pic of a player wearing the frog mask in this thread: http://forum.tip.it/viewtopic.php?t=307022
  7. Try looking in our Treasure Trails Guide. That map (and it's location!) is in the guide, in the "Maps" section.
  8. That's the "Lost and Found Office" and you're sometimes sent there when you teleport. It's part of the new random events released by Jagex on 1st August. The Random Events Guide has already been updated with the new events, but the revised guide won't be viewable until the site is next updated (should be shortly). In the interim, there's information about the new random events in the RS Manual on the Runescape site at http://www.runescape.com, or you can take a look at this thread: http://forum.tip.it/viewtopic.php?t=307022 P.S. You can also use the search button to find LOTS of posts about these new events.
  9. His name is Rick Turpentine, and he's part of the new random events released by Jagex on 1st August. The Random Events Guide has already been updated with the new events, but the revised guide won't be viewable until the site is next updated (should be shortly). In the interim, there's information about the new random events in the RS Manual on the Runescape site at http://www.runescape.com, or you can take a look at this thread: http://forum.tip.it/viewtopic.php?t=307022
  10. It's part of a new series of random events released by Jagex yesterday, August 1st. The Random Events Guide has been revised, but it won't be viewable until the site is updated. In the interim, the main Runescape site has all the new random events listed in their manual, and there's information and pics in this thread: http://forum.tip.it/viewtopic.php?t=307022
  11. FYI, the Random Events Guide has already been update with the new random events, including pictures. You should be able to see the revised guide as soon as the site is updated. In the interim, you can do as RScaper suggested. There is information available on the Random Events page in the RS manual at http://www.runescape.com.
  12. No, sorry. In order to get into the Kharazi Jungle to dig for your clue, you MUST start Legends. There is no other way.
  13. Wrong forum. Try posting your question to one of the Marketplace boards.
  14. 1. You can't use html coding in the titles. 2. Did you look in the Treasure Trails Guide? The answer to this clue is there.
  15. Based on the HUGE volume of questions being posted in the Clue Scroll Help forum on the RS site, NO, I don't think the frequency has gone down. I think it's just that you're experiencing a dry spell.
  16. You're actually posting on the TIP.it forum to ask which Treasure trails Guide is correct? RuneHQ's or TIP.it's? The TIP.it Treasure Trails Guide is correct. And if you post the same question to the RuneHQ forum, they'll tell you that the RuneHQ guide is correct. All I can tell you is that I received a copy of a letter from Jagex saying that wolfmen/wolfwomen do NOT drop clues, but that the human version does. Granted, a letter like this can be faked, but I'd rather say you CAN'T get scrolls then say you can, and then get a whole bunch of complaints from players telling us that they've killed HUNDREDS of them and still no clues. It's up to you to decide. Until I get proof that wolfmen drop clues, I'll stand behind Jagex's response and the TIP.it version of the Treasure Trails Guide.
  17. OK, everyone, I've already addressed the issue of the missing maturity information in this post: http://forum.tip.it/viewtopic.php?t=304886 If anyone can provide some dependable, reliable, accurate information on how you get "mature" ale, I'll gladly add it to the Cooking and Beer guides. IMO, including information that's not clear, or informaiton that's of the "we're not sure about this" kind, only generates more questions. I'm still doing research on this aspect of brewing, and if I don't have details soon, I will post a request for help as I did for the xp information. At the present moment, I cannot find ANY information about "mature" ales and how to get them ANYWHERE. Even Jagex cannot (or will not, lol...) answer my question. Yes, I've written to them already. And yes, I've included the effect of "mature" cider in the Beer and Barcrawl guide, because I had the information. But I don't know (nobody does, it seems) HOW to get it that way. That's why there's nothing about it in the Cooking Guide. But please rest assured that as soon as I can find the information, I'll update the applicable guides. In the meantime, if you can provide more details, please post them. ~Kiara
  18. Take a look at FAQ #10 in our Treasure Trails Guide.
  19. Try the Help and Advice Board.
  20. What were you expecting for a level 1 clue? A God armour, LOL? And the clue IS in the Treasure Trails Guide, in the Search section:
  21. Do you mean the "stranger" wearing a mask and wielding a poisoned dragon dagger? He's not a random event. He's part of the Desert Treasure quest, and appears to attack you when you have the Smoke Diamond on you or in your bank. This can happen at any time, even after you've finished the quest, if you have the Smoke Diamond in your inventory or in your bank.
  22. Necromancer is clearly identified on our World Map. Check it out here: http://tip.it/runescape/world_map.htm It's to the South of East Ardougne, on the coast.
  23. You need to start Regicide to get to that area, and you need at least level 56 agility. Sorry.
  24. The answer to this clue IS in our Treasure Trails Guide, in the Riddles section: Note: the guide HAS been changed to use the exact wording of the clue (Find a crate instead of Search a crate). You should be able to see the changes as soon as the revised version of the guide is uploaded to our new server.
