I'd personally say option D, cause alching takes quite a long time and it would speed it up much faster if you could just continuously fletch. Or option B if you're gonna just sell :D

The operate option is currently only used for items like teleportation jewerly or other teleportation items . Jagex probablly implented this feature for all item slots, in preperation for future updates as well. If the item does not have a special use function, like Mage's Book, the operate option will not do anything.

It's only level 68.

Ya I tried monkfish for the first time in the past week. They are very good exp, and sell for good money. But I'd still say fly fishing is faster exp.

F2P or P2P? Though for both I'd recommend fly fishing! For P2P at shilo village, banking or just selling to the shop. For F2P, at barbarian village. You could bank, though it's far away, or cook on the spot then drop? Or just pure powerfishing, no cooking at all.

I do believe you have to go back and use the Barrel with the swamp to get more tar.

There isn't a way to check how much people have finished every single quest... But there is a way to narrow it down. The hardest skill to get is 55 Herblore for Fairy Tale II: Cure A Queen. So at the very most, there are 58,669 people with a quest cape. I thought requirement was 57? or can you use like a pot or something to raise it? PS: I haven't done it yet because of that requirement. :XD

Well it probablly varies from laptop to laptop but.. My laptop has the Print Screen above another key as well, in a different colour - purple. Next to the left ctrl key is a purple key labeled as Fn. If you hold Fn and press the Print Screen Key it should do print screen instead of doing the key's other function.

He stocks 10 buckets of sand, 20 seaweed and 10 soda ash. I usually just use it to get my soda ash/seaweed and depend on Bert for buckets of sand.

Oh, I don't think there's a very accurate one. I meant search the threads for those buying/selling spined armour to figure out the normal buying/selling prices.

Lol no clue. The markets strange for these armours cause there's not quite a large demand or supply for them (I think). You could check the runescape official forums and search for spined.

You could try world 66 at Camelot. Lots of magic trainers there using Camelot teleport.
