  1. Here's an introduction to a short story I will finish in the future. Contructive Criticism will be appreciated. Also, please tell me whether or not you would like to hear more! My heart was racing as I crept forward through the heavily carpeted hallway of the Varrock Palace. It was late at night, and all the guards were either fast asleep or outside the palace. Thud! Something fell into the carpet. I turned around and noticed that this something was a vial full of orange liquid that was strapped to the back of my belt, until it fell. I scowled and pocketed it. I couldnÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢t take any chances. No one must know I am here. Failing is not an option. I glanced around to see if anyone heard, but no one was around. Continuing to the end of the hallway, I faced a large oak door that was blocking my way. No problem, I thought nervously, all I need is to open it and IÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢ll be done in no time. I tried to turn the knob but it was locked tight. Frowning again, I tried to reach under the door for a gap, but there was none. I had no choice. I had to open the door or I will fail. Drawing a lock-pick out of a pouch on my belt, I slipped it into the keyhole and fiddled round with it for a bit until I heard a soft click. I pushed the door and it creaked open. I was astonished at what I saw. I was in the kingÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢s chamber! It was a marvelous sight, even though it was late at night. In the left corner was a large mahogany bed where the king was fast asleep; is snoring so loud that it seemed he can wake the while city up. Directly to the left of the bed was a large table where a gold lamp sat. The far right corner housed a large cabinet with glided drawers. The walls were decorated with a pattern of green, blue, and red. On the ceiling was a beautiful chandelier. On my right was a huge window that was wide open. Great, I thought, at least I had a way to escape. But I had no time to admire the scenery of the chamber. My focus was on the mission. Taking the vial that had fallen off my belt earlier, I unscrewed the cork and poured the contents all over the bed. The king didnÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢t seem to notice; he only stirred around the bed and snored even louder. I grinned in spite of myself then pulled out another vial of the same liquid. I stepped back and tossed the liquid into the bed. BOOM! Flames erupted everywhere in the room. I had just enough time to leap out of the window before the whole room exploded. I thanked Saradomin for a safe assassination. I ran off to hide in the nearest building as the roaring of the flames was increasing. Soon, the whole town will be awakening. And I wouldnÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢t want to be found. I ducked into a nearby storeroom just when a legion of guards raced past me. My job wasnÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢t done yet. I pulled my crossbow out of my pack, and loaded it carefully. I aimed at a knight that was frantically screaming orders to the townspeople, and fired. The knight flinched and faced me. He saw me! I quickly reloaded and with a click and a snap sent another bolt into the knight. He was racing toward me with a large sword in his hand. I shot another bolt, but this time into his helmet. It penetrated the grill and the knight dropped his sword and put his hands to his face and collapsed. He didnÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢t move again. By this time, the entire city was at an uproar. Guards who were all in iron chain armor, bronze helmets, bronze swords, and square iron shields were shouting orders to all the townsfolk. Everyone was throwing water at the fires, but with no avail. The fire soon spread, and the whole palace was ablaze. Soon, the fire will burn the palace grounds and the palace garden, and soon the while city itself if it wasnÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢t stopped in time. My job is finished; there is no more I need to do. I leapt up from my hiding place and cautiously crept to Sir PrysinÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢s body. I plucked the three bolts I sent into him and wrapped them in some ragged cloth. Slipping it to my belt without further hesitance, I drew my crossbow and loaded it with my grapple. I dashed to the western wall and shot the grapple hook to the top and climbed up. Up there, I could easily witness the chaos that a few ounces of explosive potion had started. I sat down to rest myself, and watched curiously as a crowd of people who had buckets of water in their hands scurrying to the fire and tossing it wherever they can. It soon became repetitive, and I decided to leave. Swingning myself down to the other side, I ran down the road to Falador.
