If they were to make a game for a platform, you wouldn't have to worry about that. Jagex is a company, and (most) companies have different departments that each do different things. Allowing the company to (seemingly) multitask without hindering the work. =D

I find it funny how only a few days before this I was talking with some people about this very subject. They intensely thought it would never happen. =P After I told them about this poll they changed their views quickly and became somewhat excited for it, and I, being the good person I am, quickly crushed their hopes. I said what a few people mentioned earlier. (like how it might mean anything, they could make a whole different game,etc) I made a thread a while back too about this subject...maybe I should dig it up. Also, I find it horribly odd that so many people hate the idea of Jagex expanding to platforms.

Now wouldn't it just "suck out loud" if they happened to release a new skill in the same month, but before this quest, and then had a large requirment for the skill. :twss: No, but in seriousness, I'd like to see this quest have almost every skill required. It gives me reason to buff mine, and it wouldn't be unreasonable for a quest this...epic.

I don't know why everyone gets so angry when they're outnumbered, then part of the team leaves, then it screws the other team by ending it early. I actually ended up being forced on a 1 on 6 fight D: I didn't panic or anything, I just played like I would of if it was normal. I actually won one round too =D. It was kind of easier by myself since I wasn't fighting teamates for control of a orb. Pretty efficient ;D

So....perhaps we will see some kid on the evening news talking about how he was arrested after killing a bunch of guards and yelling "where Is mah clue!!11!" :lol: No, but seriously, I started playing when I was younger (around 12) and I couldn't keep my attention on it for too long so maybe they might join...but whats the probabillity of them staying on for too long? Kids always want to do something new and wont stay on something for too long. Then they will eventually come back and it will seem like new again. (That's what was with me...after about three years.) Also, if they know they have to have their parents involved...they probably wont play, Or if they're smart they adjust their age.

It's probably going to be a lie...

I didn't lose anything too important....just jessica's ring (whatever her name was) I saw the sticky but this was more about me dying after so long a dry streak. And my loss of a clue. It just happened to be from a rev at the last millisecond of my teleport....so I tele'd to lvl 14 wild and died there....But didn't make it back in time He was just doing his job.....killing the living :twss:

Erraggghhh! :evil: God....my first death in months and it was during a freaking clue... The Chaos Elemental + Rev Knight + Slow teleports = My utter demise. I can't believe it...I always hated getting a wild clue, but at least I never died with it, not to mention my rev ring. I couldn't even make it back in time to my grave, which is weird since I thought it went by slower than it was. I didn't even see a 'one minute left' in the chat box. I need to bring food next time. ( i never brought it before.....) That feels better

I decided to get a new avatar as well, but while all you guys were looking in the wallpapers...I went over to the Player Submissions to find this little gem. Tears FTW!

This is a bit of a gloat post, but it is also for some lower leveled players--I was able to do this at levels under 70! I just did this yesteryday and thought I might die seeing how people make it seem so hard. I felt I was definatley underpowered from everyone not being able to do it even at high levels. I did it anyway and beat it at my levels! Here are my levels. (at the time) Atk:64 Def:65 Str:64 HP:67 In my equipment I used my Helm of Neitznot, Dragon Plateskirt, Dragon Boots, Barrow Gloves, Granite Plate, Obby Cape, Glory, and a Dragon Sq shield. My weapons were a D dagger++/D mace/ D scimmy. I packed my inventory with 8 super restores and 16 saradomin brews. I didn't even use all of them. =D

This really didn't get me as excited as it should have. I guess I wanted a huge quest. At least we know what the yellow and green meant in the Chaos Elemental's letter =D

Well that's a weird symbol to go to :? It's not like his name started with "Z"...and the upsidedown Zammy Symbol showed he was aligned with zamorack, but was on his own. (kind of) I hope the symbol isn't needed for anything later....you can't get it back from anything if you've lost it...and aside from that, I sided with Good during the quest. *facepalm*

...I've been playing with Lucario....I have no reason to have sucked. :lol: ^Kent:If that's what your Sucking snake looks like....You must be really good. ^Caxis: You were better than most...well...all of the Marths I faced today.(quite a lot too)

I usually start playing towards the evening....around 6pm to 10pm pacific. (though I could always play earlier if I wanted) Gingers right though, unless we want a big hassle there should probably be set times.

(don't ask why....It's been too long for me to remember D=) You can shorten it to Kazu thats how I usually have it anyway. :D I'm taking a runescape break trying to get back in my groove right now, in fact, by fighting random people on team battle. =P

Well, I've never been one for sharing information...but I really want to have some fun with you guys. (:shock: sounded better in my head... ) I play occasionally...but no one I know is ever on so I think I'll post my code and get in on this little club. : (I can still join right?) I'm not terrific at all when it comes to full out battle...I'd say I'm only like....level 6 out of the NPC levels if using all the items (I only use Lucario). ^Ginger- I three-quarter heartedly agree with you. (Just under whole-heartedly, but definetly above a half-hearted response) I fail to see the tightly-woven social structure that people claim Runescape to be. Sure some people talk with others to the degree of a real friendship (myself included), but a friend on this game usually means someone who can do you a favour (or vice-versa). I use to try and make friends on the game, but when I had a nice list of people....I only seem to really talk with 3 of them. My list is Much cleaner now. People still call it Social since you can go and get something from someone in the blink of a eye. (be it items or help)

(yay!, someone else got the reference) As for hand-held technology...if runescape were to come as is, then it would definatley not work on them. . . That being said, I would guess that a game on the hand-helds (maybe even on consoles) would never be just like the one online. It would probably be something close to a spin-off, still retain the characteristic qualities of Runescape. . .but without your character.(does that make much sense :? )
