"Photoshop, GIMP, or Paint.NET?" All those are same and you can do everything in each one. But in Photoshop you will do something much quicker than in MS Paint. GIMP is something between, slower than PS but faster than MSP. I use GIMP and Paint. Paint for pixels and GIMP for vector art. Photoshop has too much options for me xD

Why you always say the same?? "just lacks blending"? What do you mean? Show us sig with GOOD BLENDED RENDER... This signature is really good. Render is great, text too.
