you shuld train in the varrock sewer preferbaly the zombies.they r fest respawns and plus slash is very efective on the dead flesh.. u shuld take an full inventory of lobsters that wuld last u up to 2hrs!!!!!!!! u culd probaly get up 35k xp in an hour! trust me iv done it wit my str pure. ps. THE DROPS STINKS
