No, he's being an [wagon]. I don't have much experience with laptop components, but I needed to point that out. Generally, the more stuff you put in it, the more battery it's going to eat. I have this cooling pad though, it's very nice :P I have 3 of those cooling pads and like them alot. mlb are your [bleep] [developmentally delayed]? I don't get it, you use 3 pads at the same time? :o

Ok, the specs are these: 2.80GHz Processor (2 CPUs), Pentium 4 OS: Windows XP Graphic Card: ATI Mobility Radeon 7000 IGP (64mb) 1216MB RAM Where do I check motherboard and optical drive? It's a laptop, don't know the PSU, if it even has any. ~~~ What are good things to add to it? I'd like to change the graphic cards, this ATI thing is giving me a hard time. Also, if I'm going to change any component, I'd like to know how to do it manually, a good in depth guide will be good :D. Also, what I'm looking for is a good PC that can run RuneScape HD on ALL ON MAX, with Windows Live Messenger and Windows Media Player opened, all at the same time without lag, I will not consider overclocking, that can kill the poor laptop, the heat is not a problem since I'm doing fan maintenance once a year and going to buy a cooling pad (You know, those little things that have a lot of fans on it so the laptop doesn't shut off due to overheat) Thanks :D. Sorry no you shouldn't go for a cooling pad. There's a problem with the laptop that you're not going to cure, and it's only going to get worse, possibly even leading to damage. I repair laptops for a living, what you're doing is like using a sticky plaster to mend a broken leg. Answer me a question: Wouldn't it be better to get it sorted out now which will not cost you much, or to let it get worse and have to replace damaged components which will probably cost an arm and a leg? Go for your solution if you like, but please take advice from a professional and get it repaired. I went for it, opened the laptop, cleaned the fans and the heatsink, its all good now, thanks :D
