Group: Global Moderator I win.

I've never done a Round Robin tourney but I'll see if I can set it up. I need everyone who wants to participate to post. I will not add you to the participants if you do not post. Also, if you feel you will be inactive, don't sign up. We want people who will be able to play matches, not someone who will forget about it in a week.

I used the Scar-L from when I unlocked it until I unlocked the UMP45, which is a beast SMG. I haven't played in a while now, I've been playing too much Pokemon Soul Silver. :lol: I'll get back into it, as my spring break (or the two days off school that we get this year) is now here.

Give it berries, vitamins, use potions like crazy. Every 256 steps = 1 happiness. Max happiness is 255 which means it takes 65,280 steps without leveling it up, healing it, or loading it with vitamins. Also luxury balls help a LOT. It was the togepi egg, so luxery balls were out of the question. Hatched pokemon start out with a base 120 happiness, so mine has to be close to the mark, as I have had it hatched for quite a while now.

The CG? If so, that's my favorite rocket launcher as well. The AT4 is useful for tanks and such, but the CG can see much more use. I have either 1 or 2 gold stars for it.

No I was just discouraged by the fact that it's a stick. :razz: So can you not drive manual? I find driving a manual can be way more fun sometimes, unless you're in really busy traffic, then driving an Auto is way easier. Manuals are the [cabbage]. It doesn't hurt to learn on one, as in most cases manuals will get better gas mileage and they are fun to drive.

Awesome, mine has Serene Grace. Air Slash, Roost, Thunder Wave, Nasty Plot. Not unstoppable, but it should really get you through the game no problem :) Nasty Plot is an egg move, so forget that. Anyone know where to find tm 73 for twave?

Mario Party has not had a new game in almost 2 years (excluding DS versions). ;) If it really is the next handheld, I will probably purchase it. I still have my phat DS from the DS launch, so I haven't wasted money on any of the DS's upgrades.

It will be interesting when this does reach the Supreme Court. I think some of the bill will have to be revised before it is put into law.

Well, they're in Hong Kong right now. I can't remember where Hong Kong is politically with China.

The Union won because Lincoln shredded the Constitution and because the south was less developed (ie less railroads). I hope the bill gets banned by more states, as it does violate our tenth amendment. Hopefully the Supreme Court will look into it, though I doubt that would happen.

Google will be blocked and the world will move on. That's the easy solution for the Chinese government. Kudos to Google for stopping the censorship though.
