I said Wednesday, but we'll be getting the maps tomorrow as well. I guess it isn't so weird that some people have them online already. DICE might be making sure that they are ready for release. It looked like a 5 stage rush mode, so that'll be great, as long as it has offensive helicopters.

Albel and I were playing earlier, and the game sort of glitched on us. It started to load up one of the maps that will be unlocked on Tuesday. It got all the way to the point where it was ready for us to play, then we were dashboarded. It would have been interesting to play on it, but I wonder why it even had active games on the map if it hadn't been unlocked yet?

I'm awaiting Speaker for the Dead and Ender's Shadow from my grandparents for my birthday. Both are part of the Ender's Game series by Orson Scott Card. I tried reading Hyperion, but I just couldn't get into it.

I've read all three books (Eragon, Eldest, Brisingr). I like them a lot. I know that he has copied a bunch from other works of fiction, but I still enjoy the stories.

Guys, this is the most awesome thing I have seen so far. Jihad UAV's. You plant C4 on a UAV, have the guy fly it in and then detonate the C4. It works best if you attack a crate, as it does like 1/3 of the crates total damage. It just requires a bit of coordination. I was doing this with some guys last night and when when we went up, we spotted an Apache that had just taken off. I got the UAV right over the Apache, as it was flying, and had my squadmates detonate the C4. We took out the Apache in midflight. It was very intense. I can only imagine the look on the kids face when he saw that he got killed by C4.

They are allowed to say what they want, no matter how hurtful. We have the freedom of speech for a reason. We can't stop the extremists without risking our own freedoms.

Yea, I appreciate it, but those forums are similar to the RSOF in quality. :P And the majority of them are complaining about Recon being a useless class. And I'm like wow, really, learn to play objective work as a Recon. It only takes one scope for every eight players in a game to change the direction of the game. I am disappointed in how people think of any of these classes being useless/no purpose. I check them every so often. Occasionally a few good threads pop up. I find this thread to be better than both of those forums tbh.

Darkdude, with Wobbuffets shadow tag ability, if two Wobboffets faced each other, it would be the biggest stall war ever, with the Wobbuffets eventually resorting to struggling. This along with the above mentioned reasons is why it is banned. Wynaut is banned for the stall reason. The only thing that can avoid a Wobbuffet's shadow tag ability is a pokemon with Mold Breaker, but those are few and far between. (atleast, I think they can avoid it). Garchomp is hugely overpowered and is thus banned.

The evasion clause is in effect because if you have 2 pokemon that boost evasion to its maximum, you can have a huge stall war. It helps the matches move a lot faster. I'm not sure on the exact reason for sleep clause, but it is standard for any competitive play. From what I gather, pokemon like Crobat could put a whole team to sleep if someone gets lucky on the accuracy. Having only 1 pokemon asleep helps even the playing, and not turning the game into a who can put the most pokemon asleep first contest. I'm not sure about the recoil damage. I had never considered that. I find it hard to believe that there isn't some form of life elsewhere in the universe. In fact, I bet there is sentient life as well.
