It has a border, so I made it white this time since you must be on SubBlack since you coudln't see it. Changed text and such too. And are you sure the width is too big? All sigs are 300.....maybe you meant height?

You have no right to just give him the free sig which causes him to close down his shop. It may not be a written rule, but it's understood here that you DON'T do that. no you cannot use flash here You can export your flash file as a .gif. I've made sigs in flash before and just saved them as .gif.
