I have noticed Trixstar's sig that she? has pretty decent stats. So I think think she is the best player stats wise that I have noticed.

You know that you have to do a really hard quest to enter Shilo right? Yeh just edited it after I saw the reqs. EDIT: Any picture proof?

If his name is dodgy, it probably is a bot..If not, maybe just a skiller who can kill a level 86 monster?
