I do find this interesting, it's a pretty differant perspective. From this, I would say those low levels are people that don't have patience/don't like the game/careless, and they stop playing runescape before they reach a medium level medium levels would be the more normal people and high levels would be the competitive type of people/maybe selfish and brag a lot and so on, depending on the personality of the person, he can have the potential of becoming a med/high lvl of course there's exceptions, and as others says, some low/med characters aren't typical, but of course, nobody can get to a high level unless he goes through the low/med parts first so in short: personality (from this side of view)

hm.. no, but when there was a pc riot I recall that they did something about it.... they also protested againts swiftswitch and very soon later they did something like allow swiftswitch and now you got the rs world switch and ppl can still use swiftswitch, and also for pk, they wanted pk back and they did get pk back after all the riots I wouldn't say they're useless, but jagex will never give exactly what the players want in riots, just something to shut them up a bit

I think some people don't understand what I'm trying to say. I wasn't asking what should I do if someone says that I stole/hacked/bought my account. (so the.. answer... wouldn't be "be yourself") I asked what's a TYPICAL (not how he's SUPPOSED to be) high level runescape player.

That's actually what I do most of the time I enter the wilderness and finish what I had to do there, it's quite fun My favorite is running around, trying to get better and better armour, even making it myself from scratch, also, collect all the junk food to survive and kill monsters for hopefully good drops, as my equipment and food increases in quality, I can kill higher and higher level monsters! :D I think wildy has every material needed to make from bronze to rune armour It's no fun for me if it's not wildy, and you start from zero so there's not much to lose anyway

in my first runescape days I thought there might be bank robbers, so I didn't store any of my items in banks, leaving me with very few items and space to do my ultra genious idea of: mine iron, south of faly, smelt it into iron bars in faly, go to doric anvil and make iron helms, then sell helms at barbarian village, time wasted: 20 minutes, profit: 75 gp a trip

hard to say, almost all quests done (got quest cape in bank) stats in sig, with several skills way over 99... bank is worth 200-300m gp ( I calculated recently)...all achivements diaries done... nice house and lots of events/things done.... how about 5-10k $? :D but if I sold this account I'd feel bad that I could've played a bit more and sold for a higher price, I don't know for sure

spoonfeed - yes, things like when you use ectophial, your player automatically goes to refill the vial I'd rather have them work on a new quest/minigame/etc. f2p/p2p - wtf man :| btw they DID say that this year (2009) they'll focus on updates, not new content

That's because there's a lot of harassment. Keeping your chat open is asking for abuse. Actually, I always keep my chat on (not friends only) and I don't see what the big deal is, I do get random people talking to me and it's somewhat fun

I'm a high level and people outside my friends list keep saying that I bought/hacked this account, I may not act like a typical runescape player at all, and I only rarely interact with people outside my friends list because I got no reason to risk being reported for a stupid reason. So what's a typical high level runescape player like?
