Well... i dont know why.. when i am playing runescape.. i always get 2 sec delay.. evrything i do i need to wait 2 sec then it will move.. anyone had experience this problem.. please tell me what to do.. i dont really know why im having this problem.. i can download things just fine and at a fast speed.. Once, I was killing Hill Giants in world 55. I was weilding ma pretty Full Rune (g) that I just bought for 1.1M. Anyway, there was this dude. He saw me and said this....
