Back around 2005 and earlier, I had about 6 major RS players that were friends. Now, they have all moved on the things like HALO, or Maple Story (im just as confused as you) Now, its just me, one friend who just came back and some others who are just newbs

^^ I was curious as to how all those willows got there :-k And, where is the closest willow tree to Lumbridge general shop???

If it was at 50k Willow logs, and 12 gp ea, what amount would they start to increase in price?

I don't know if this has ever been mentioned but, when I was walking through Lumbridge, I stopped in to General Store and saw about 48k Willow logs, 28k Oak Logs, and 4K Normal Logs. After this, I thought of something, Firemaking XP. Since they are buyable from the store at 12 each (Willows) I thought I could bring a bit of money with me (100k or so) and just buy the logs, burn, buy, burn. repeat. This method would be fast, less expensive (than buying willows for 30ea or even Oak for 20 each) and could aid beginner firemakers in gaining fast xp who are short on cash. Discuss, and Im sorry if this has been brought up already :thumbsup:

I am considering buying a Nintendo Wii. My uncle is the manager of a best buy and he keeps telling me to buy the system because he knows that I want it. There is only one problem. The controller! I have dont a lot of research and I have found nothing on whether or not the GameCube controller can be used with it. The Wii introduces a new remote controller that involves unique motions and sensors that guide movement in the game, and I dont seem to like it that much. If I can use the GC controller or not, I will buy the system, I just would REALLY like to be able to use a controller that I am used to. If you say yes, please supply some information to back that answer up, even maybe a link! Thanks, :XD:

I don't think anyone could stock up on anything. It is a whole new skill in itself, and its another raw material provider (I hope) so it will need its own seperate equipment, which is not currently in the game.

I bought nats 300 ea and went to world 2, 6 or 18 and sold them at seers bank for 330ea.

I recently heard of a good way to training magic really fast and really cheap. So i bought a mystic mud staff, and a bunch of body runes. So, I am told to head on down to varrock sewers becaause it is so easy down there, but it isnt. All the monsters down there that I use curse on get it on the first hit, and it never misses. My magic level is 66 and I am using rune armor so I can get the least amount of magic attack bonus possible, but I dont know what monsters to fight. WHAT SHOULD I FIGHT?!?!

Good way to waste money with your level 3 SKILLER. I'm pretty sure it you could get a bunch of levels with that money, rather than look pretty. -.-

If you just want to be an effective archer during castle wars and shoot from the walls, use the best ones you can. As for prayer, if you really want that eagle eye, then I don't see any problem with you going for it.

I trained ranged from 30-60 on top of the Oracles mountain near the dwarven mines, shooting down at the level 20 fortress guards. You could get a ranger set which is Ranger Boots, Robin Hood hat, and archers ring for around 4.5m

How come people at 47 can play without being picked on as nerdy or geeky, or no life or whatever...but someone at age say 23 gets heckled ALL the time for playing. You are pretty much the oldest player I've heard of, honestly to me it doesnt matter how old someone is to play a damn video game. :XD:

I thought Filthy Rich would be cool, but it was taken, so I tried Filthy Poor and it was available. So one day, when someone asks me if I really am poor, I hope to be able to show them a bunch of PHATS. :twisted:

A lot of people around my neighborhood play RuneScape, and when I hear people call it stupid or make fun of it, I don't really stick up for it. I don't care what other people think, I find it enjoying, and no matter what they may say, I just ignore. As for talking about it, I usually don't talk much and stay on the downlow except for the "yeah's" and "i know's" lol
