I have a lvl 43comabt pure mage with 60mage 45range and 42or 43 hp. What other stats do i need/should i get to do the mage arena quest. Or is there a way to do it w/o preyer? I have a semi limited budget as well.

I hav2 62 fishing bought the feathers to power fish to 76 and 80cooking. Where is the best place to be able to fish trout and salmon, cook them and bank? Also how much to salmon and trout go for?

I did the lost city quest a long time ago but when cleaning my bank forgot i needed staff and dropped. How would i go about getting either the staff back, ir getting into the lost city?
